What Grew Around the Wound

An original abstract painting on 8 x 8 inch clayboard, built in layers of alcohol ink, acrylic, and line work. The title speaks for itself: something tender grew over a place that once hurt, and the surface shows that growth.

Set in a gold float frame and wired to hang, it arrives sealed with UV protectant and varnish for lasting color. A one-of-one piece for collectors who want art that holds a feeling they’ve lived through.
